Support & Accountability Specialist

The Job:

  • Part time support specialist – 10-20 hours per week
  • Communicate with, receive feedback from, and guide our Coaching Clients
  • Flexible Hours
  • Work from home – In the US or outside the US with a toll free number
  • Potential for growth – both in hours and the potential for management of additional support & accountability specialists
  • Interest and/or Experience in Real Estate a plus but not required
  • Compensation is hourly, competitive and commensurate with experience

  • Who takes thorough notes
  • Who would love to make phone calls to check in with Clients and problem solve to help them

  • Who has proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Who can write, edit and upload documents to our WordPress website & library
  • Who can manage Facebook, Twitter and other social media profiles
  • Who can monitor and communicate via social media
  • Who can update/post content and blog posts
  • Who can write and edit educational and/or help center materials
  • Who has experience with Zendesk and Infusionsoft
    • And maybe even Facebook Ads, AdWords and/or Google Analytics
